This Agreement is governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Switzerland, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction resides in The courts of Switzerland. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in Switzerland in connection with any dispute or claim involving C2YOU!.
