The Most In-demand Hard and Soft Skills in the 2020's Job Market according to LinkedIn

LinkedIn created a list of the most in-demand hard and soft skills in 2020’s job market. The company used data from 660+ million professionals in its network and 20+ million jobs to reveal the 15 most in-demand skills relative to the supply of people who have those skills.

To determine the rate by which people with different skill sets were getting hired, LinkedIn revealed the most wanted soft- and hard skills by looking at the profiles of all its users.

The outcome: task-oriented skills remain critical for success in the workplace. Employers have started giving equal importance to soft skills, now emotional Intelligence enters the list of most wanted soft skills.
