For each new client who signs up for one of our programs<\/b>, we lend an amount to the KIVA organisation<\/b>. In this way, with each new client who starts one of our programs, we also create an opportunity for someone in a third world country to achieve a goal.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

More than 1.7 billion people around the world do not have access to any bank or financial institution to help them get started. Many of these hard workers deserve a chance<\/b> to the financial support they need to set up their business. Kiva is an international nonprofit organisation, founded in 2005 in San Francisco, with a mission to expand financial access to help underserved communities thrive.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Kiva <\/b>does this by crowdfunding loans<\/b> and unlocking capital for the underserved, improving the quality and cost of financial services, and addressing the underlying barriers to financial access around the world. Through Kiva’s<\/b> work, students<\/b> can pay for tuition, women<\/b> can start businesses, farmers<\/b> are able to invest in equipment and families <\/b>can afford needed emergency care<\/b>.<\/p>\n
