Our Expertise

Our Expertise

Our expertise comes from our personal backgrounds and professions in Strategic Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications and Sales. Over the years we have acquired experience in various industries such as: Consumer, Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, Service, Airline and Retail.

In founding C2You! we envision addressing the career and life challenges of the Expat partner. Having extensive expat partner experience ourselves, we clearly recognise the need to improve the personal support offered to expat partners when relocating. We will use our skills in coaching, networking, communications, as well as cross-cultural knowledge, to help Expat partners find personal success.

We commit ourselves to the following principles:

  1. Listening is more important than talking
  2. What motivates people must be understood
  3. Everyone is capable of achieving more
  4. A person's past is no indication of their future
  5. People's beliefs about what is possible for themselves, are their only limits
  6. All coaching is completely confidential

Our Clients

Our Corporate Clients are typically multinational companies, who know it is critical to their business to attract, develop and retain talented expatriate employees. They are committed to helping them to balance the demands posed by their work and personal lives. They are convinced that offering support programs to their transferring partners will maximize expatriate productivity, flexibility and retention rate.

Our Private Clients are the partners of international assignees, who are seeking opportunities to continue to work and to integrate in Switzerland. However they lack local job market knowledge, a network and the cultural skills to be successful. They are committed to assuming an active role in the process of achieving their professional and/or personal goals.
